When I try a blackout my lights go back to full automatically when I press record cue can anyone help with this?

I try to set the F2FC 16 ch direct CCT lights and the ColorSource SPOT 5ch lights to a low intensity or 0, but when I go to record the cue, the intensity automatically defaults to 100 and I can't seem to record at a lower intensity. Is anyone able to give any advice on why this might be and how to fix it!
