sACN output viewer issue

Hi!

After connecting a backup console, the sACN output viewer no longer shows values for any universe, neither on the primary nor on the backup.

Any ideas?

Can you provide us with a bit more information about your system, please.

What is your EOS version you are running.
Have you patched any fixtures that are set to sACN.
And anything else that may help us to understand your system.
