Me Again - Eos Lamp On Command Macro

Yep, me again. Trying to tidy up a show file in EOS Offline.

I need to put in a Macro that will strike the lamps in the Mac 250 Kryptons and Mac250 Washes that we have in one of our scenes.

Ideally it will be a part of Q 1/1. Could someone help me with the syntax here. I'd like to delay the start of the Macro by about 5 Minutes, as 1/1 is also the All ND ON command, so it will give the lights time to do their Calibration.

The Sequence i am hoping for is this

Wait 5 Mins

Group 11 + Group 12 Lamp On

I've had a play around with this in the Blind Macro Editor, and if i select the Lamp On softkey in the CID, nothing appears in the Command Line Edit Window. If i press Fixture Reset, then that appears. Is it a profile thing?

Cheers

  • Hi Smiffy,

To put a delay on the begining, or indeed at any point within a Macro you can use the Wait function in the macro editor.

In the Macro list, select your Macro, hit the Edit softkey, then cursor to the begining of your Macro. Use the {Wait} softkey followed by the number of seconds you want to wait for, then [Enter]

    Hope that helps
