I'm wanting a one piece dust cover for my Ion, like I had on the Expression. My set up has 2 touch screens set above my console & wing-blocking the slot for the 2 blue ones that came with it. 1 monitor directly over & resting on the console, 1 monitor directly over & resting on the wing, seems alot like the Eos, if that is understandable.
I bought some vinyl(?) that has a white backing on it, and had it sew onto shape. I thought it was OK, but, when I was talking to Tram @ ETC West, he said "NO, stay away from vinyl due to static electricity." He suggested cloth, like cotton. Now, I'm back to unbleached Muslin, but I prefer something a little more durable and resistant. So, I feel I'm back to square one. What is the story with the Black (seems like vinyl) cover I got with the console? Is this material available in bulk so I can sew up my own cover? If not, can you tell me what material to look for?
