VL550D profile.

Question

Hi, 
 My LD wants to have VL550D yokes. Question is; am i overlooking this particular profile in the library? or should i ask ETC to make a new Library file.

The best information that I have received working for a Vari-Lite dealer is that the VL550D is a hardware-only upgrade on the VL500D. There is limited information available on anything in the brand new VL550 line, however both fixtures specify 8-13 DMX Channels, depending on mode. I would suggest trying the VL500D profile. You could also try contacting tech services at Vari-Lite, as they would have access to the best information.
