Question. If I have 2 Ion's. One Master and the other backup. Will the Backup's Midi port go active if the Master fails? (Outputting MSC)
I realize that I will have to have someone manually throw an A/B switch, but as this is for a temporary installation with non technically people maintaining, I can explain turning a switch to someone much easier than having to explain to them getting into the Show Control settings to activate the midi port.
I know a Show Control Gateway would be the safer way to go, but I'm trying to save a couple bucks on the rental.
