Update cue range @ %

Sorry, I was stupid:

[At][/][1][1][0] will put a selection at 110% of its current value - which in the case of zero is still zero! 

I'm sorry, my question was badly worded. I did mean up 10 points rather than percent. (Thanks to Kevin)

I don't suppose i can stick a [select active] in there to stop the zeros.

I could always then do the above syntax then do the [replace with] to put my 10% to zero. A touch long

To add to any parameter, the syntax:

[1 > 5 "Parameter" + 10] adds 10 "points" to the specified parameter. The +10% key adds 10 percent (which is 10 Points for the intensity parameter). This can be done acorss a range of cues.

If you are only dealing with intensity, you can use the select active button to only do this to intensities above 0.

Unfortunately, Select Active only looks at the first cue if you do this to a range of cues, so this still wouldn't work as you'd like.

Sorry, but the replace with solution is the only one I think will work at this time.

Sorry to revive an ancient thread, but it was the first to answer my search.  

Has there been any feature added to globally raise a channel's level a point without needing to select active?  I have the same challenge as the original poster and need to increase the intensity of my cyc through the entire show, about 300 cues.

This was fixed at one point (Hooray!), but then got broken (Boo!). The [+%] and [-%] keys used to ignore 0 levels, but now they post a [Select Active] to the command line, which doesn't work with a range of cues selected...

Hopefully this will get fixed (perhaps by allowing [Select Active] to work with a range of cues?), but until then, the easiest way to do what you're looking for is the {Replace With} workaround mentioned above.

Marc.... a bit confused here.  Blind Spreadsheet.  Select a cue range.  Select a channel range with some channels inactive.  +%.  We are only adjusting the values of the channels that are above zero.

Err... just tried this on 1.9.10 released build, and we are *definitely* adjusting zero levels, only null values are unaffected.

We had a similar experience during programming so i just did some testing in the OLE. (1.9.9)

[Shift]+[+] posts a Select Active, as does [+%], while [@][+][+] does not, and thus brings up channels from zero.  This works live.

Sorry for bringing back this topic, but I seem to have an old problem, like Click had, but in a newer version:

Version 2.0.1, at the moment not on desk, that's why Offline-Editor:

In Blind: Cue 1 Thru 9, Enter. [x] @ +10 Enter.

This raises the channel in all cues 10 points, also in cues without values.  [+%] is also affecting cues without values.

I was expecting, that the channel would only change values in cues with values? Am I wrong? Am I doing something wrong?

I know the option with [x] @ /110 - but I am looking for the solution to raise 10 points...

Hi Martin,

I sort of agree with you on this although you *may* want that behaviour, it would be nice if Select Active would work for these range selections.

As far as +/-% goes, it now automatically post Select Active which avoids this for a single cue but again because that syntax isn't accepted with Ranges it doesn't work.

Sitting on an Eos with 2.0.1, it does exactly the same like the Offliner

But the solution is quite simple:

[Cue]  [1] [Thru] [Enter]

[x] [At]  [+] 10 [Enter]

[x] [At] 10 {replace with} 0 [Enter]

All Intensitys that where at Zero now at ten, so you can set the values with 10 now to zero..
