Two years is the standard warranty period.

If you're having difficulty with your console, you can always call ETC Technical Support directly, and we can help you troubleshoot your console.  Calling us is always free.  And, in many cases, we can resolve the issue without having to send it in for repair.  I've listed the various numbers for support around the world below.
