Moving Light Pan/Tilt Grouping

Essentially what i want to grab multiple lights' pan/tilt parameters and put them into a group, which i can then put into an encoder. Is this possible?

A group on the Ion/Eos is a selection tool. If you put your lights into the group and select that group you will end up with their parameters on the encoder together. Any time you select a range of fixtures the pan/tilt encoders will adjust all the lights together.
