Client Sync Issue Solved

I wanted to share a solution to a sync issue I saw yesterday.  A Mac was being used in mirror mode as a monitor for the stage manager.  It had worked the day before, but last night was disconnecting right as sync started.

We realized the computer was logged in as a different user than before, which was not an administrator.  We didn't have time to test whether the client connection required an admin account or just the account that was active for installation, but switching accounts back to the original completely solved the issue.  I just checked, and I don't see any notes about accounts or privileges in the client guide.
