Can I make a recommendation for the EOS/Ion client software?

It would be really awesome if we could use something like the Griffin PowerMate with the client software along with the x-keys. It would give you a physical encoder, but there would need to be a way to swap it among the 4 virtual encoders.

I'm curious if this has been discussed yet.

I'm about to dig into programming two automated intensive shows offline, and it would be great to have a tactile encoder to program with.

The other possiblity here is finding a way for an X-keys^® Jog & Shuttle Pro to work with the client software. I would find that useful, as I already own one so it could serve two purposes: editing and client software.
