Hi Chrizzie,

as long as you registered your Ion Console on our website in MyETC, then your Thank-you Gift

will arrive soon. Sorry about the delay, but we have had a rush of registrations the past month,

and we have been a bit behind lately; we will get the kits out in the next week or so.

As for the Client Software Kit, in the past, Ion registrations did receive a free Client Software Kit,

but this was a limited time only offer, which ended already. Currently, Ion console registrations

receive an ETC USB Stick, as a Thank-you Gift from ETC. All these promotions are limited,

and eventually, will end, or be changed.

ok, but where i can order the Dongle to use my Compute with the ION, that is the only thing i want to know :)

you can purchase the Client Dongle Kit from your local dealer,  the company that sold the Ion console

to your space, or contact ETC Tech Services directly for ordering information.
