we currently have a problem on our ION console.
first is that it is unable to load currently saved show.
we made an upgrade to its software version to 1.9.
still the same result.
when opening the console we receive a message saying:
C:\WINDOWS\CSC\csc1.tmp is corrupt and unreadable. pls run Chkdsk utility
i have tried accessing windows through Settings> Maintenance> Log off then Admin
seems like it needs a password to access admin.
do you happen to know the password?
i think after admin i could access windows and run chkdsk utility.
but then am i on the right track?
