Question 1):- 1.9.2 eos Offline Installation problems showing through the screen shots attached here. Some descriptions about the problems and get a clear picture to see the Screen shots.
Installation begin after Pop Up the User Account Control Window and press YES. After some minutes Pop Up the Norton warning on taskbar "SONAR has removed".....! Click View details after open the "Security History Window" then click to open File Insight windows too. The same time other window open "Security Request" Restart Required. Press OK after closing all windows and system start to restart. Several times tried and eos offline not installed. One time Popup the Network Error window with Diagnose option. I did the Quick Scan too.
Finally Turning Off the Norton SONAR Protection after, the Installation completed and offline working.
Completed the installation after Turning On the SONAR protection.
Why this problem happened 1.9.2 offline software? I didn't face any type of installation problems of 1.9.1 offline, the same system used the same Norton.
System details:- Toshiba Qosmio X 500, Windows 7 Home Premium, Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU Q720 @ 1.60 GHZ. Installed memory (RAM): 8.00GB, System type: 64-bit Operating System, Display Driver NVIDIA GeForce GTS 360M (Driver Version 8.17.12. 5912). Norton 2010 and upgraded 2011.
Question 2):- Offline Shell can see the 7 Buttons and the Offline working properly. What's the use of CLIENT and SETTINGS button on eos offline shell?
