problem with V1.9.2.9.0.6 installing

Hi All

I am running a Eos with V1.9.1.9.30 I am having a problem with V1.9.2.9.0.6 installing it starts the install process before it goes to the install wizard part of the install process it restarts Eos software in V1.9.1.9.30 without installing??????????

Tried downloading update onto new usb key and still no love as well....

Hey Brett. Can you try downloading 1.9.2 again, just in case something was corrupted in the download. If you do this, and the new download still won't install, can you pull the logs from the desk (shell/maintenance/save logs) and email to Eos@etcconnect.com? We will take a look at the logs and see if we can figure out why.
