Eos Color Picker Missing Standard Gel Colors

For some reason, my EOS Color Picker is missing many many colors. In Rosco, for example, I only have about 60 options instead of the whole Rosco Library as I would expect. How did these colors disappear and how can I get them back? Is there a way to re-build these custom libraries?

    I don't suppose this could become optional, a "Lock to Colors" vs "All Colors"? It's useful to use the color picker as a starting place for colors the manufactor doesn't think  the scroller can achieve, but I can see the usefulness of only having the 'good' options available. I don't think I knew that was how the new dual scroller changes were going to function and it freaked me out a little!!
