Is there any way to get hold of or make your own personality files for the ETC Ion console

SGM

IDEA LED BAR 100

IDEA PAR LED ZOOM RGB

As previously mentioned, you can create your own in the console - look for the 'Fixtures' softkey in Patch.

Attached is an Eos Family showfile with a quick user-made personality for the SGM Idea Par Zoom RGB.

Couldn't make one for the LED Bar as no manual was available on the SGM website.

You can use the Merge option in the Browser to add this to any existing showfile.
