Encoder Sensitivity 1.9.5 Ion

1. This was changed.
2. You can easily change it back to what it was before.
Go into Setup. Desk Settings. Then select Face Panel. You should then see Encoder Tick Freq. and Encoder Acc Factor.

For pre 1.9.5. settings:
Encoder Tick Freq: 75zip
Encoder Acc. Factor: 100ms

Thanks much Josh.  Guys, just so you know, we changed those defaults because we found these new settings were what many people were using.  Just so you know it wasn't a mistake or arbitrary change!

Thanks Anne. I didn't realize that was even adjustable. I guess I should have read the release notes. Thats something I almost always do, I just didn't this time around :-)
