RFR Batteries extremely hot?

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the new 1.9.5 Software update.  My RFR batteries get extremly hot during use.  Anyone else having this problem?

  • OK, I think I have found out that is does not have anything to do with the Software.  It seems one of the battery contacts have come loose from the board.  Is there somewhere I can bring it to be fixed?
