Are there new key caps for the ION?  If so, how do you get them??

As Betsy.Lynch put it in that thread: 

"To streamline your order from us or a dealer, be sure you have the serial number of each console you would like to order new keycaps for and your preferred shipping address ready. We're tracking replacement key caps via serial number."

You can contact your dealer or you local ETC Tech Services office.

I had time to install the new keycaps today: Joy!      I feel I'll love them as much as everyone else does.

I also added an iPod touch to the Ion system, to hand off to riggers. I'll keep the RFR & iPhone to myself. 

So far, every time I've offered the RFR to riggers, they hesitate & decline taking it. I wonder if they will be more inclined to try the iRFR iPod. 

I just had a thought... The rigger could use the video on the iPod to document the set lighting too.

"... that 2K is Ch 42, that space light is 545, that is Luma 2101, then Luma 2102, ..."  That along with the sharpie drawing on scratch paper they hand me will be more detailed for my drafting. We'll see. Time will tell. I won't be holding my breath.
