Long mark times on scrollers

Normal 0 false false false EN-GB X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4

Hello all,

I often want to mark my scrollers over a long time, so as to not hear them move.

I’m getting confused with how to set a mark time for the scrollers; please can someone either confirm this would work, or tell me the right way!

Thanks

DETAILS:

Scrollers are saved as Group 1

I want to mark them in Cue 6 over 30 seconds

Marked ready for cue 8

Whilst in Cue 8: [Group 1 Mark Cue 6 Time 30 Enter]

Would this apply the scrollers to mark in cue 6, ready for cue 8, over a time of 30 seconds regardless of the cues fade times?

Many Thanks

Matt

  • Hello,

I personally would put the scrollers in Cue 6 into there own part and then change the colour time on that part to 30 seconds.

So if you are live in Cue 8 you would do:

[GROUP] 1[ MARK] [CUE] 6 [PART] 2 [ENTER]    (A little red M will be displayed in the channels box)

You then need to record the Mark into the cue. I would usually do an [UPDATE ENTER]     (the little red M will now be green.)

All you need to do now is put change the colour time on Cue 6 part 2 to 30 secs.
