Dual Scrollers

Question

So looking through the manual for the 1.9.5/1.9.6software update I came upon some wonderful news- 
 "Dual Scroller Fixtures 
 For better control of dual scroller fixtures, the scrollers are now addressed as 0-100% instead of by 
 frame numbers." 
 I thought to myself:" This will take away some of the deep shame I have when I have to explain to visiting lighting designers that our wonderful next gen light board doesn't play well with our CXI IT color scrollers!" I have updated the software and scrollers still function the exact same as before. Color picker makes ambers blue, and reds ambers with out rhyme or reason. Did I miss something? Does the CXI IT not qualify as a dual scroller fixture? is there a list of Dual Scroller fixtures? is there a generic dual scroller fixture entry in the fixture library? Help?!

You need to update the fixture library. 
 In Patch, hit the {Patch} softkey, then the {Fixture} softkey, then select the CXI library from the list and hit the {Update Lib} sofkey. 
 The console doesn't automatically update fixture libraries when you update software as that could alter the output of your showfile. Whenever you update a fixture library (from a showfile created in a previous software version) it is a good idea to test the fixture thoroughly to see how the updated has modified the output.
