  •  Felix,

Unfortunately I am unable to reproduce the behavior you are describing.

Using Eos software versions 1.9.1 through 1.9.6, the behavior that I am seeing is that both types of Submasters must be at their respective home positions for the [Stop / Back / Assert] fader button to work as a Group Select. When the Submaster is off of the home position, the [Stop / Back / Assert] performs an Assert operation.

Submasters on an Eos desk, Virtual Submasters and Submaster mapped to a Fader Wing are all behaving as specified.

If you are seeing different behavior, please re-post to this thread with a list of steps it takes to reproduce it.

  • hi chris

not near a console at the moment. the show i was programming when i noticed this runs some macros moving two inhibitive faders up and down, so i can't tell you with absolute certainty, at which position they were. will re-post.

  • hi chris.

sorry, false alarm. the inhibitive fader must have been at 0 when i tried to group sub. so, nothing to worry about...
