You can only use the print to PDF function, save it to a thumbdrive, then print from another computer.

You can PDF: Cues, Patch, IPalette, FPalatte, CPalatte, BPalatte, Groups, Macros, Presets, Submasters, Effects, Show Control, Fixtures, Curves, DMX Patch, Cue List, Utilization Reports, Feedback Errors, Show Channels....you can also select to show Tracked Levels, Color Printout, and Summary View

You access through the CIA-Browser->Print->Print to File->Select where you want to save it to and double click or [Select] and then choose from the above boxes.

Ion produces PDFs using the Print function available from the Browser. If you navigate there you will see a dialog that both shows you the kind of information that will be included, and allows you to select the content and format of the report.
