Custom Multi Parameter fixtures

after playing around with this in Patch, i come to find a situation. I have eight VL2000 spot. we changed three of the eight colors on the only color wheel. is there anyway to edit independent Frames & edit only what you want or do you have to Build a new Custom wheel? Also, Every time you click on either New or Clear, or even Delete, the screen goes away. That is really annoying. I am running V1.9.6. i have the EOS but tried this on our ION. Does any one else see this problem? Thanks

LUMN8,

I typically do this by creating a copy of the fixture, then patch the fixtures to the copy, go into the color wheel, create a copy of the default, then edit the individual colors on the copy and assign the wheel to the new copy.

That way you do not have to create a whole new custom wheel.

thanks-did you see any problem every time you click delete or edit and the screen disappears?

Ok how do you Patch the Fixture to the Copy?

Select the channel and change it's type to the new fixture.
