[Address Thru] freezing console and RVI

I recently tried to park several address on and my desk RVI froze. I rebooted and tried the same keystroke gain from the the love command line (instead of the park command line) and it did the same thing.

    Hi there,

    What version of software are you running?  Are you using an external keyboard or X-Keys?   What else is plugged into the RVI?  What keys exactly are you pressing?  Does only the RVI freeze, or the entire system?  How did you power down the RVI to reboot it?

    Since this is an RVI, what is it a client to?  Is it connected to an Eos or Ion console?  What other consoles or devices are in the network? Does the clock stop ticking in the upper right hand corner of the screens?
