RVI Channel Zoom

With a two button mouse with a scroll wheel, hold down left click and roll the scroll wheel.

The click/scroll worked fine the first time I tried it... but, now we are not able to zoom the active channels on our Ion RVI (1.9.6)... help... any other ideas?

Are you mirroring on the RVI? If so, you will not be able to change the zoom as it is "mirroring" the screen off of the main console. You would have to change the zoom on the main console.

If you are not mirroring... Are you sure you have the correct window in focus? Click on the channel screen and make sure that it has a gold border around the entire screen. 

If that still isn't working... also check that you don't have 100 channel display turned on.

After that, I'm not sure I have any idea's at the moment, but maybe someone else has something I'm missing.
