Ion 1.9.6 Backspace Key

The Backspace key is now deleting whole words or the last command entered. This is very annoying when trying to label things as it backs all the way out of label. How can I make it delete just the last character like before?

OK. So I power cycled the console and its back to normal. after programming a few cues, its taking out whole commands again. Any suggestions?

i think, it's a known issue, that when you use Label inside a chained command, there's this backspace bug. you could do all the timing command etc and press enter and only then use the label command. i think that should help in the mean time.
