Hello all-
We're a few weeks from a rock concert-like event and in an attempt to get some sort of quick, convenient manual control of moving and strobe lights during the show, we were thinking we'd like to connect a midi piano to the ION and try to fire macros (for focus, color, etc. pallets) and effects and whatnot through the keys on the piano. The problem is we can't quite figure out how to do that. We have a full version of QLab and have been able to fire cues through the piano keys- but that's only half of what we want.
The goal is to be able to be in a cue, but be able to manually fire various macros and effects through the midi piano, however possible. Any ideas? Is the issue even clear?
