RVI Mirror Resolution

Is there anyway to see the same screen in mirror with different screen resolutions?

The console has 2 DVI monitors, the tech table has 2 VGA monitors. No matter what resolution we are in someone is suffering, either the programmer has squashed screens or the designer cannot see the whole screen.

Any answers except acquiring all the same resolution screens.

Hi Jay.... well, the answer IS right now that mirroring devices are best handled by using the same resolution monitors as the host device. It is on our list to handle mirroring devices that are of different resolutions and different formats from the host, but we've not yet been able to get to that.

We were having the same issue in Tech today between out RVI and our Ion.

We have updated our console to the most recent software release.

How Can we resolve this?

Hi Henry,

As of now, mirrored devices still only display correctly on a device with the same resolution. If you set the RVI as the same User ID as the Ion you can get some of the advantages of mirror mode.
