Resizing Chicklets/TombStones ION 1.9.6

I just updated to 1.9.6 and it seems as though I have lost the ability to resize the Chicklets/TombStones with the scroll wheel on the mouse. Is there another way to do this?

You now need to hold down the Format Key and use the wheel. There was issue with people grabbing there mouse and changing the screen size. Especially when working with repositioning fixtures.
