Just guessing but SCR would be an acronym for System/Service/Software(?) Change Request, and high priority would mean that it is going to get attention sooner rather than later.

If I were to speculate (and why shouldn't I on a public forum?) it would be highly likely to be included in the Eos 2.0 release, and possibly part of a patch release, should there be one, prior to 2.0. It is even possible the code changes may have already happened but they would not be made available to the likes of us without a full verification cycle, unless there were some truly pressing need that justified the risk of doing so. Since I have absolutely no involvement in ETC's development process this is what it would mean with my company, and may be completely bogus.

I would comment that using SCR as an acronym is a poor choice for this industry where it is more likely to mean Silicon-controlled Rectifier.

SCR = software correction/change request.   Well done, sk8rs.   The acronym is drawn from the tracking software that we used to use for such records.

A really important dimmer.  (Half a dimmer, actually.  Silicon-Controlled Rectifier, which should technically be Silicon Rectifier under Control.)

Software Change Request (SCR) is an industry standard term in software development.  The "industry" that develops the console is actually hardware/software development, not lighting design (although LD determines the requirements).
