T+

In some of our color pallets there is a T+ next to the number. What does this mean?

I think that the T means that the Palette is a "By Type" Palette, meaning that you have a value set in that palette for a particualr fixture and all other fixtures of the same Type are using that value when recalling data from the pallets.

The + means that along with the By Type channel there is what ETC calls discrete data. These are hard values set for one channel in particular and are not available for recall by any other fixture be they of the same type or not. If they are in your colour palettes I would guess they are Scroller frames and the By Type info is CMY data linked to your moving lights. Either that or you have a couple of units that don't quite match the colour of the original using it's values and have adjusted them accordingly leaving you with some channels referencing the master and some with dedicated or discrete information.

    Hope that helps.
