Ion Palettes

Hi All

Jo from Australia with what I hope is a simple question.

how do I release a palette on an Ion?  I was programming colorforce LED bar 48's and could not release them from my intensity palettes.  I could change intensity palettes but even when I told them to go to full they retained the intensity palette.  I had various intensity palettes each with only a few cells selected.

Appreciate any help as I have my first show on the Ion coming in for Plotting on Tuesday.

Cheers JP

  • Hey Jo,

What was the syntax [keystrokes] you used??

WITH RECORDED CUES: I'm fairly sure if your referenced data is recorded in the cue you're in, the only way to release that information is to assign it a hard value like Sabr said.

ON THE FLY: To release any information on the Ion, the hardkey [SNEAK] is your best friend. [Channel] [#] [SNEAK] [ENTER]. Or if you want to retain the intelligent parameters, but just sneak the intensity, and sweet cheat is [Channel] [#] [Sneak] [Sneak].

    Hope that helps,
