Ion Palettes

Hi All

Jo from Australia with what I hope is a simple question. 

how do I release a palette on an Ion?  I was programming colorforce LED bar 48's and could not release them from my intensity palettes.  I could change intensity palettes but even when I told them to go to full they retained the intensity palette.  I had various intensity palettes each with only a few cells selected.

Appreciate any help as I have my first show on the Ion coming in for Plotting on Tuesday.

    Thanks for the prompt responses.

    I wil give them a go.

    to give some more info of my problem:

    I had not even started writing cues yet.  I was in the initial stages of setting up the palettes so that I could build a number of effects that I needed.  In this instance it would have been more efficient to be able to start from a "clean slate" (At Full) state and ammend to create what I wanted rather than starting from the last or other palette previously created.

    I will try the sneak advice later this morning.
