Greetings, everyone!
Many of you know me, and I'm sure that many of you don't. My name is Mike Wood (Not the other Mike Wood), and I am a lighting designer from Tampa, FL. As many of you know, I am also (as of 2010) the instructor of Theatre Design & Technology at Howard W. Blake School of the Arts in Tampa.
In my short time here so far, I have been able to get the school system to agree to fund a major lighting upgrade project - over the summer, our performing arts facility will be going completely Source Four - new Sensor Racks, over 400 Source Four instruments of every type, Seachangers, and at the heart of it all, a new EOS. This is all to replace a very old and falling apart EDI system.
I will probably become very active in this forum in the coming months, as I am primarily an Expression 3 user and have little exposure to the EOS line so far, (a few shows) so I wanted to introduce myself to this community!
