dmx-output without console

hello everybody

i remember, that the OLE has this flash "feature" so you can't use it to output dmx. with a client dongle, are there any limits? and if possible, what can i output? sACN, ArtNet, AVAB/UDP?

  • Hi Ueli-

    With Offline, you are correct - all of the network outputs are flashed. This includes sACN, ArtNet, AVAB/UDP.

    A client dongle allows you to have full remote control of a console on the network, but still does not allow a PC/Mac to generate levels - only consoles and RPUs can do that.
