I was playing around with effects and took a group of 10 backlights (2 rows of 5) and applied built in effect 916. I then started playing with the grouping and the trails to see what would be produced (I understand, or at least thought I did, how these features play out). What I saw when I chose a grouping of 5 was the first light in both rows then the second light in both rows etc. If I changed the trail to 10 I lost my grouping. I tried all the other trails and my grouping was accurate.
Upon closer examination (holding data and watching the values change live) I noticed that with all of the trails there was a lag in the groups but it was only visually noticable at 10%.
Is this expected behavior? Or am I doing something wrong.
