pixel mapping

You can pixel map with any type of fixtures...you can do a simple grid (or array) of conventionals and use the black and white videos in the pixel map....you can do color with any type of LED or color changing fixture.  Layout your fixtures in a line or some form or rectangle, patch and configure your pixel map, and away you go.  You can practice with just the preview screen open on the console.

My favorite part of the Pixel Mapping addition, is that now for the first time two "Channels" can now talk to the same address.  One being the pixel map and one being the traditional Channel for the fixture.

Once you get the hang of setting it all up, it is a time sucking vortex of fun to play with.

Seth-thanks , i really appreciate the reply. we are shut down until August for a renovation. i will have time to play. infact today i will start. I talk to Hans all the time on the phone, excellent help. i am going to "CUE" in July so i will meet him then. thanks agin for your advice and i can't wait to start palying. i think the EOS is so much fun. i actually have the ION in my office with two ELO touch. looking forward to playing.....
