Show file compatibility 1.2 to 1.3

Hi, we're about to start transcribing an existing show file into EOS. If we start doing this in version 1.2, is there any risk that the show file will not be compatible with version 1.3 when it comes out?

You should definitely expect your 1.2 showfiles to load just fine into 1.3.
There are no known or anticipated compatibility issues loading 1.2 show files into 1.3. We regularly use 1.3 to load 1.2 files here and have had no issues, and we would plan on fixing any issues if they did arise.
