Multiple Cue List / Assert question.

Hi All,

I'm newer to the EOS console so I'm not sure if the issue Im having is due to a setting I'm missing or just my programming error.

I'm running multiple cue lists. Cue list 1 is my main list. I built a separate cuelist that activates my spotlights to strobe. I recorded with an intensity and color filter. Activating it works, however when I set that cuelist to 0 to release it, it knockout the intensity of the spots. Asserting Cuelist 1, brings them back but is there a way to make it so when I release cuelist 2, it "auto-asserts" cuelist 1.

Thanks,

Adam G

  • Hi Anne,

I think Adam is asking for 'Override' capability like on a Hog or Maxxyz. The handle at full it changes any parameters recorded in that override, when the handle is returned to 0 the values on that cuelist are released and the state of the fixtures is returned to whatever they are doing on the Main Qlist.

Now I know as a sub you can already accomplish this but an Override can be a stack of looks that when selected and the handle is run up that move command is manually relative to the position of the handle both up and down.

I brought this up to you at LDI it's a great feature to have for doing one offs and busking. Just being able to have a base look and build in or take away layers makes programming so much easier.

Let me know if you need more info to make this a reality.

    Thanks,
