I've been using the eos on a show now for a couple of weeks and all is fine. I booted the desk up the other day and after selecting some of my movers the encoder wheels populated with attributes but the encoders wheels had no affect on controlling the attributes. The min/max and next touch screen buttons all worked fine and the lights responded accordingly. What would cause the encoder wheels not to perform?
