FAN

Hi

So the LD I programming for keeps asking me to mirror the moving lights after they are in position.  I.e a fan type scenario.  Is there a way to do this?

I.e we have positioned and plotted unit 1 with shutters and colour and other attributes.  He then requests that I lay unit 2 on top.  The units are of a equal distance on a bar from centre.

I'm doing by CH 1 [Recall From] CH 2 [ENTER] then moving the pan + tilt.  Is there a easier way?  It's not a beam or focus palette position and is a off the cuff decision by the LD.

Cheers

  • The other approach I've occasionally used if I've already set the first fixture is to type in the second fixture's pan manually. So hold the [data] key to see the exact pan value for the first fixture, then type the opposite of that (ie multiply by -1) into the pan value of the second fixture.
