VL2000 contol problems

Hi

can anyone help please

i dont seem to have control of the diffusion perameter for my VL2000 wash lights. there is no option on the encoders ....... :(

Which fixture profile are you using? These ones appear to support a diffusion parameter and claim to have been tested:

VL2000_Wash_Enhanced_16B_NoCM

hi

im using the enhanced 16b

when i look at the 'About' details in patch, i can see that the diff perameter exists, but nothing is loaded to the encoders.

ive tried patching a couple of different fixtures (all VL) but to no avail.

Have you tried looking at the second page of encoders? Tap the Form key again to get to page 2.
