Suddenly we were programming and everything was ok, but after adding one more channel to an existing group the console start doing nothing I mean the mouse and keyboards were no responding, we decide to turn the console off, but when it reboots just was possible to see ETC tittle on main screen (VGA MONITOR), appears a message like this:

We did but it does not restarted
Imagine it happens 10 minutes before my opening!!!!!
What we can do???
