Client on iPad

Hi All,

I have heard this web service(Go to My PC) advertised for a couple of years. Recently that started offering an iPad app. I started to think about whether or not I could use it to access the client software on the iPad. Long story short I downloaded their trial software and the free iPad app and voila there was the client right on my iPad. It is a little clunky navigating but I now have full control and it's wireless. By the way I am writing this post on my iPad through my laptop which is currently logged on as a client. This is very cool.

Even cooler is RealVNC which does the same thing for free! :)

Andy,

I love your avatar, I was there the night the pig got loose, floating up to wards the full moon! What a night, eh? That blew my mind.

I kept thinking the SFX crew was going to push a button and deflate/drop it in a minute...

I've not hooked up my system with all these cool peripherals, so I'm probably missing something if so pardon me for thinking this.

Are you having a computer client connected to both your Lighting LAN and the internet at the same time?

Hi,

Yes that was a great show. The pig made it to Burbank and the FAA was not happy. As to my computer it is hooked into the network via the lan port and I am online through my wireless. It works really well.
