Does anyone have or know when there might be available for the Seachanger extreme green...the color picker is not close to accurate of its capabilites.

Sorry for the difficulties -- there was a problem found in the 1.9.6 fixture library with the XG fixture type in particular. We have a library update that removes the bad color calibration data, allowing you to use the full range. You can request the library update from any ETC Tech Service office, or just send me an email (hans <dot> hinrichsen <at> etcconnect <dot> com), and I can send you the download info.
Thanks!
Hans
Dear hans,
I'm having similar problems with my Seachanger 4XG. Could you kindly send me the library update which will allow me to use the full colour range.
many thanks

Dear Hans,
Thank you foryour help and the library update. It works a treat.
I'm now having a one more problem with the seachangers, having established a very nice green I find that when I use sub masters as control for different colours on the seachanger, the colour doesn't snap but slides from one to another when the fader is opened. I tried changing to i-master and additive on the sub sub screen. No difference . I was hoping you may be able to steer me in the right direction?
Further to my library problems, I use two different LED's the Eurolite Par 64 and the VarytechPar56 neither of which are in the library. I use the RGBAW and LEDRGB from the generic library but find the colour range limited. Is there another fix foir these LED's?
regards
Garth
Dear Hans,
Thank you for the library update for my element 40. It worked a treat.
The seachangers now have a full range of colour. The main problem now is when changing colours using the sub master say from green to red, the seachangers slide from one colour to the next. I tried using the sub Sub controls changing to additive and I-master but with no effect. is there something I'm not doing?
I also have a Eurolite Par64 LEDs and Varytech PAR56 again neither in the library? I use the generic LED RGWA and the LEDRGB which work but seem to change colours on a whim. Is there a definitve driver for these two LEDs please/
Thanks again for your help
