CSKs after registering consoles?

I went on the ETC website and registered our five consoles online the other day (two Eos, three Ion). Should I have received a Client Software Kit for each console? Because only two arrived ...

At the moment, we're only offering those for Eos, so you've got the right number.

I believe the Ion gift is currently a USB memory stick.
