I have a big archive of shows created on an Expression 3 that include Revolution movers. We now have an Ion. I've converted a show to ASCII and imported it both as "library fixtures" and "custom fixtures." In both cases, in the first couple of cues, 6 of the 7 lights move as hoped. Beyond that they all start swinging all over the place. I tried using the "flip" button to see if pan and tilt is what got scrambled but that didn't do anything at all - possibly because the Ion deals with non-intensity functions in a completely different way. I tried re-patching the Revo's using the original intensity channel as the starting point but that made a different mess of them, probably for the same reason.
So, how do I get our Ion to sort the old Expression mover patches and cues correctly?
