Here is a situation I ran into over the weekend, I had a guest LD come in and he wanted to run the show on the fader wing. We had several faders set to run colors in a group of VL 1000s. He wanted to have 2 faders that he could then bump odd or even units to N/C and then release back to whichever other fader had the color up. What I ran into is that the N/C bump buttons would release back to the background cue which had the VLs at N/C, rather than to the still active fader with color data. I understand the sub releasing to the background cue as the expected default behavior. Is there a way to override that behavior so that it would go back to another active fader?
